Role Job Summary:
The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse / Physician Assistant (Provider) delivers medical care to Valir PACE Foundation participants. The Provider works jointly with physicians, therapy, activities, dietary, social services and transportation as part of the Interdisciplinary Team to determine and monitor the care plan for each PACE participant in compliance with all national and state regulations/laws. Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience Current APRN or PA License Certified to practice in the State of Oklahoma without limitation or restriction Licensed by both the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control (OBNDDC) and the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Either one year working with the frail and elderly population or approved training. Current CPR certification Share job details to
