Locations:
Home base in Tulsa, with regular travel to satellite clinics:
Muskogee, OK, Bartlesville, OK Schedule:
Mon
  • Thu7:30 AM
  • 5:00 PM, Friday7:30 AM
  • 12:00 PM No nights.
No weekends. Half-day Fridays. What you'll do Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with established protocols Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in EMR systems Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development Travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville clinics as scheduled Required qualifications Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution Current, unrestricted Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license Active ANCC or AANPCB certification Current DEA registration with prescriptive authority Minimum 1-2 years of clinical NP experience Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or specialty healthcare strongly preferred Willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations (personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided) Preferred experience Pain management Orthopedics Neurology Primary care PM&R Related specialty Skills & Abilities Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication with patients, families, and care team members Ability to develop evidence-based care plans and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in EMR systems and healthcare technology Self-directed and comfortable working across multiple clinic environments Commitment to ongoing professional development Benefits At The Spine and Pain Center, we believe in taking care of the people who take care of our patients.
