OnePeak Medical is seeking a Locum Tenens Provider to support our growing clinics in our Northern Oregon markets. This role is ideal for a mission-driven clinician who values a patient-centered, root-cause approach to care and is comfortable stepping into an established practice to provide high-quality coverage.ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Flexible locum assignment (full-time or part-time options available) Coverage needed across the following clinic locations: ( The Dalles, Albany, Eugene, Coburg, Springfield, McMinnville, Lake Oswego, Bend, Redmond ) Assignment length: 3 months with option to extend This is a non-benefited positionRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environmentREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner- , PA-C, MD, or DO ( or eligibility to obtain ) Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience is a plus) Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Proficient in using electronic health records
