Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Employment Type:
Permanent | Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Days |

La Grande, OR (Rural Eastern Oregon)
Compensation:
$140K - $145K+ per year We are seeking an innovative, energetic, and flexible Urology NP or PA to join a supportive, close-knit clinical team at a growing Critical Access Hospital in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Key Responsibilities Conduct targeted urological physical exams and comprehensive patient history reviews Diagnose and manage common urological conditions, including UTIs, incontinence, and BPH Perform office-based procedures such as catheterizations, bladder scans, and cystoscopies Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing urological surgery Order and interpret laboratory tests, including urinalysis, PSA levels, and renal function panels Develop long-term treatment plans for chronic conditions like kidney stones and prostate health Qualifications Current NP or PA licensure (required) Board certification or board eligibility (required) Experience in urology (preferred) Comfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community setting Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ($145K+) Quality incentives up to $15K $20K commencement bonus $8,000 annual CME allowance, including licensing, dues, subscriptions, and paid CME time Student loan repayment Full benefits package including 401K with employer match Paid malpractice / professional liability coverage Relocation support No after-hours call requirements PTO
