We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for primary care to join our Bend team. This is an opportunity to practice with autonomy while being backed by a collegial group of providers and a responsive administrative team. Compensation & Benefits Highlights :
$140,000 base salary + production compensation: $160,000•$180,000 annually 36 patient hours over a 4-day work week + 1/2 day admin•protect your work-life balance Sign on bonus Comprehensive health package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance Paid

Required Qualifications & Abilities:
Currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Preferred:
2•3 years of Primary Care experience as a licensed
PA or NP Required:
Passion for Primary Care Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices Excellent oral and written communication skills Respect for patient's confidentiality Compassionate and approachable Responsible and trustworthy Attend work regularly and on time Sisters, Oregon Cradled at the base of the Three Sisters mountains, Sisters, Oregon is where the spirit of the Old West meets the serenity of high-desert wilderness. General Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment:
Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings. OSHA Category This position performs tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and/or tissues. All employees performing these duties are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.
