We Are Looking For:

An Advanced Practice Provider to join our Primary Care clinics. Currently we have position open in our family practice clinics and our internal medicine clinics.

Family Medicine Clinic :

Provides primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. The team delivers comprehensive care focusing on acute, chronic, and preventative health concerns for individuals and families.

Internal Medicine Clinic :

Specializes in adult primary care with a focus on managing complex medical conditions and chronic diseases. The clinic serves an adult patient population with a broad range of health needs. You will collaborate closely with a team of physicians, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals in a supportive and collegial environment. Job Responsibilities Provide primary care tailored to the specific patient population of your assigned clinic. Full time Salary based. 40 hours a week. Participate in clinic-wide initiatives such as virtual care integration, quality improvement projects, and patient education efforts.
