$130000.00 - $170000.00 An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon's scenic Willamette Valley is expanding its outpatient Primary Care APP team.Position Highlights:
Independent patient panel Team-based primary care model Support-style APP role available for candidates not seeking a full panel 16-18 patients/day target EPIC with AI scribes Shared clinic call rotation; triage nurse takes first call, escalates to MDs if needed. 1:14 days weekday call 1:12 weekend callIdeal Candidate:
3+ years primary care experience Comfortable practicing independently Able to manage chronic and complex conditionsCompensation:
