Job Description
Pacific Sports and Spine is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. About Pacific Sports and Spine Pacific Sports and Spine is an interventional pain management clinic. We have 4 locations including a physical therapy office, a satellite clinic in Sutherlin and a surgery center in Springfield. Our physicians are involved in clinical research and can offer our patients cutting edge technology. What we offer : Flexible work schedule Full benefits package Productivity bonus as length of employment increases CME Reimbursement Collegial work environment Outpatient setting No hospital call or rounding The NP/PA will provide services to patients to include: Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and implement a plan of care Order, interpret and provide follow up on diagnostic studies Document all relevant patient care issues in permanent medical record Provide medical care in accordance with accepted practice standards Collaborate with other members of the team Monitor and manage patients appropriately and refer to other specialists as needed
