Experienced Aesthetic Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) SkinLaB by Dr. LaBrasca Cranberry Township, PA SkinLaB is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Our boutique aesthetic practice is built on a foundation of dermatology and plastic surgery - not high-volume, transactional aesthetics. We believe exceptional outcomes come from healthy skin, thoughtful treatment planning, meticulous technique, and honest patient education. : Minimum of three (3) years of independent cosmetic injectable experience in a dedicated aesthetic, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery practice is
REQUIRED.

Required Qualifications Current PA-C or NP license (Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure) Minimum of three (3) years of independent cosmetic injectable experience in a dedicated aesthetic, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery practice Extensive experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers Strong understanding of facial anatomy and complication prevention Ability to independently perform consultations and develop comprehensive treatment plans Excellent communication and patient education skills Professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly ethical Commitment to evidence-based aesthetic medicine and continuing education Preferred Qualifications Established patient following/book of business strongly preferred Experience with biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse, etc.) Experience with lasers and other energy-based devices Comfort with professional social media Ability to build and maintain long-term patient relationships through exceptional outcomes and patient experience Interview Process Final candidates may be asked to complete a clinical skills assessment as part of the interview process. This may include performing injectable treatments on a patient while being observed in order to evaluate clinical technique, facial anatomy knowledge, patient communication, and overall treatment approach.
