Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitione r (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic care team at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in the Grove City, PA area. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to elderly and post-acute populations. Day shift and no on-call or weekend requirement
Duties:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage care for residents Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice Collaborate with nursing staff, rehab therapists, social workers, and physicians Participate in care planning, family conferences, and transitions of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the
EMR Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or internal medicine preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$140,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
