Day:
Patient Consultations:
Conduct comprehensive consultations focused on wellness, hormone optimization, low testosterone, and sexual health, seeing a manageable panel of approximately 8-15 patients/day (MAs handle routine blood draws and basic injections).
Procedures & Treatments:
Perform/administer specialized outpatient procedures including IM injections, PRP/P-Shot injections, testosterone pellet placement, and GAINSWave shockwave therapy.
Personalized Care:
Interpret laboratory results, develop customized treatment plans, and directly educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and financial considerations.
Streamlined Documentation:
Complete same-day EMR charting using established templates during built-in daily administrative gaps.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively alongside Medical Assistants and front-office staff, consulting with an off-site Medical Director on complex cases when needed.

Schedule Options:
Primary need is for two Part-Time providers (approx. 25-30 hours/week each) sharing coverage on an alternating 2-day / 3-day weekly rotation. Full-time candidates willing to work 36-40 hours/week are also encouraged to apply.
Clinic Operating Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday/Thursday may extend to 7:30 PM by appointment). No weekends!
Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing. Active DEA registration, NPI, and BLS certification. 5-7 years of clinical experience.
Strong interpersonal skills:
highly personable, outgoing, empathetic, and comfortable discussing sensitive health topics and cash-pay treatment options directly with patients.
Preferred:
Background in HRT/TRT, Peptide therapy, Urology, Endocrinology, Sexual Health, Aesthetic medicine, or Direct-Pay/Cash-Pay medicine. A fitness or holistic health background is a big plus. Perks!:
