Job Description

A respected, growing urgent care organization seeks dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our expanding clinical team in Havertown, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity to practice urgent care in a modern, fast-paced setting alongside an experienced, collaborative staff committed to high-quality patient care. Candidates range from experienced providers to new graduates who are passionate about urgent care and thrive in team-based environments. Additional openings are available in Aston and Ridley, PA. Position highlights include full-time and part-time roles with flexible 10- or 12-hour shifts and a 36-hour full-time work week. Full-time providers are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. Practice schedule:
centers are open seven days a week with typical hours Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM. Scheduling is designed to promote professional satisfaction and personal balance.
Requirements:
graduation from an accredited NP or PA program; board certification; active Pennsylvania license or ability to obtain licensure before start; DEA certification or eligibility. Previous experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or primary care is preferred but not required. Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills are expected. Compensation & benefits: $75-$85 per hour; competitive hourly pay; health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off and paid holidays; CME allowance and paid CME time; malpractice coverage; and retirement plan options.
