Advanced Practitioner Provider (NP/PA)

Standard Shift (40 Hours/Week)

Assess and treat minor work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses.
Administer OTC and prescription medications per standing orders.
Perform onsite lab/specimen collection, including drug and alcohol screening.
Conduct rapid testing (e.g., strep, UTI, flu, glucose levels).
Provide case management to reduce absenteeism and support recovery.
Coordinate vaccinations, wellness programs, and health education sessions.
Collaborate with PCPs/specialists for early diagnosis and ongoing care.
Manage clinical operations: supplies, records, protocols, and compliance (CLIA).
Support workers compensation cases and coordinate second opinions.
Deliver patient education, crisis intervention, and general medical guidance to HR/Safety teams.

Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
Registered/licensed by the State of Pennsylvania Board of Physicians/Board of Nursing.
National Board Certification.
Minimum 2 years related experience (adult medicine).
