Job Description
The Judge Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for a Senior Community Care (SCC) program in the Hanover, PA area . The NP will be part of a longitudinal, integrated care delivery program that coordinates the delivery and provision of clinical care of members in a facility setting. Schedule Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm no on-call, no weekends. no holidays required
