Deliver pulmonary assessments, manage acute and chronic respiratory conditions, and oversee therapies like CPAP/BiPAP and tracheostomy care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, interpret diagnostics, and educate patients and staff on respiratory management. Complete admissions, discharges, and documentation in EMR/EHR systems while ensuring compliance with regulations. Work three days per week, including weekends, with occasional on-call; in-person role based in Harrisburg, PA.
Qualifications include:
active APRN license, Master's degree, experience in long-term/post-acute care, and strong clinical skills.
