Job Description
Ocean Wounds is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner...to join our growing wound care team. This part-time position provides care at skilled nursing facilities in the Prospect Park, PA area. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Evaluate, treat, and monitor acute and chronic wounds using evidence-based practices. Perform wound debridement and other procedures within the Nurse Practitioner's scope of practice, as appropriate. Apply advanced wound care treatments and specialty dressings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and company standards. Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while working independently. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license. Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. Wound care experience is preferred but not required. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Reliable transportation. Position Details Part-time One 8-hour shift per week Flexible scheduling Primary work location: Prospect Park, PA Travel between nearby assigned skilled nursing facilities may be required during the workday.
