Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our inpatient behavioral health team in North Denver, Colorado . This role offers the opportunity to work in a structured inpatient setting with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and a balanced 7-on/7-off schedule.
Compensation:
Up-to $160,000 annually, based off experience
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses Develop and implement treatment plans for inpatient populations Manage medications and monitor patient progress Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Qualifications:
Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license (required) Active DEA license (required) Minimum 6 months to 1 year of psychiatric or behavioral health experience (preferred) Ability to start within a reasonable timeframe
Schedule:
7 days on / 7 days off 182 days off annually On-site position (non-remote) Benefits (W2 Employees): Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) with employer matching Continuing Medical Education (CME) support
