Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive healthcare services. You will manage your own patient caseload while collaborating with our physicians and chiropractic team. You'll be trusted to assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe, and educate with full clinical authority under our collaborative framework. The Nurse Practitioner will work autonomously while adhering to all regulatory standards and utilizing advanced EMR/EHR systems. This role starts part-time and is designed to scale into full-time as your caseload grows. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and vital signs monitoring across pediatric to geriatric populations. Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing medical imaging, laboratory testing, and specimen collection/processing techniques. Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and perform procedures. Manage acute pain, infectious diseases, palliative care, and chronic conditions such as metabolic dysfunction, pain syndrome, et al. Utilize EMR/EHR systems like ChiroTouch and coding (ICD-9/10, CPT). Provide telehealth consultations with experience in telemedicine platforms. Coordinate discharge planning, case management, utilization review, and post-acute care services. Engage in health coaching and patient education to promote wellness and disease prevention. Ensure infection control practices and sterile processing procedures are maintained at all times. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as a chiropractor, physical therapist, and specialist. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive patient information. Qualifications Valid Nurse Practitioner license with certification in family practice or relevant specialty areas. (preferred) 5+ years of clinical experience Autonomous APRN Certified Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Eligible for or holding DEA licensure Comfortable diagnosing, prescribing, and managing patient care independently Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills with the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care. Skilled in performing advanced procedures such as venipuncture/Phlebotomy, IV insertion/infusion management. (preferred) Personal Injury experience (preferred) Functional or Integrative Medicine knowledge having experience with: Chronic/Acute pain, Auto accident trauma, Hormone balancing, Gut health, and Metabolic dysfunction Ability to demonstrate aseptic technique during procedures; familiarity with infection control protocols is essential.
