We provide ethical, evidence-based mental health care through an integrated therapy and medication management model . Our focus is quality over volume, collaboration across disciplines, and sustainable provider workloads — not pill-mill practices. We are expanding our medication management services and are seeking a PMHNP who aligns with our values and clinical philosophy. What You'll Do Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication follow-ups (telehealth and in-person) Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications using evidence-based standards Collaborate closely with therapists as part of an integrated care model Participate in coordinated care planning when therapy + medication are indicated Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment options What We're Looking For Active

PMHNP-BC
