Approximately $131,040-$138,528 Innovative Treatment Centers, LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Bilingual Spanish-speaking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Frederick, Maryland location. This hybrid position offers a combination of in-person and telehealth services and is ideal for a clinician committed to providing accessible, culturally responsive, and evidence-based psychiatric care. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, provide medication management, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with therapists, medical providers, and other members of the clinical team. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to help us better serve Frederick's diverse community. Training will be provided in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) .
