Position Overview We are seeking an experienced (2+ years) as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is deeply committed to delivering holistic, patient-centered care. The right candidate will bring strong clinical skills, curiosity, and compassion — someone who sees beyond symptoms to understand and support the full human experience of each client. What You'll Do Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care Approach treatment with a holistic perspective, integrating mental, emotional, physical, and lifestyle factors Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team Build trusting relationships that honor the values of empathy, integrity, and respect Help clients move toward healing and thriving, not just symptom management What We're Looking For Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with relevant clinical experience Deep commitment to holistic and person-centered mental health care Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Passion for serving clients with integrity and compassion Interest in long-term relationships with clients and the practice What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive administrative and clinical team — focus on care, not paperwork Flexible scheduling (in-person- locations Milton MA and Seaport and/or telehealth)
