- Provide primary care services
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon or
- Valid Physician Assistant license in
