Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM We are seeking an experienced Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the Northern California community. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is passionate about caring for underserved populations and enjoys working in a collaborative outpatient setting. Position Highlights Outpatient Family Practice clinic Manage your own panel of patients Average of 18 patients per day 4 hours of administrative/charting time built into the weekly schedule Charting may be completed on-site or remotely

EPIC EMR

One interview followed by a quick hiring decision Supportive team environment with: 1 Registered Nurse 2 Medical Assistants Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric and adult patients Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions Manage chronic pain patients as appropriate Perform preventative care and wellness visits Provide well-woman services including: Birth control counseling STD testing Pregnancy testing IUD insertion and removal (preferred) Maintain timely and accurate documentation with chart closure within 72 hours Requirements Active California NP or PA license (required) Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a similar outpatient or FQHC setting Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations Chronic pain management experience Current BLS certification Current PALS certification Active DEA registration Preferred Experience Pediatric care (adolescents and younger) and adult Women's health services Family planning services IUD insertion and removal Experience serving underserved or rural communities If you are a dedicated Family Practice NP or PA looking to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community while enjoying the beauty of Northern California, we encourage you to apply today.
