We're a locally owned group practice that values relationships, inclusion, and real support for our team — not just productivity quotas. We're hiring a PMHNP to join our outpatient practice. This position will likely start part-time with a clear path to full-time as the caseload grows. What You'll Get Competitive pay: $100-$150/hour W-2 employment status (not 1099 — real protections and benefits) Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Malpractice & Unemployment Insurance Annual training stipend Annual performance-based bonuses Flexible schedule — in-person and telehealth options Work laptop provided Supportive, inclusive team culture What You'll Do Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for outpatient clients Prescribe independently (current DEA and Illinois license required) Provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for transgender and gender-expansive clients Coordinate care and provide appropriate referrals Maintain timely, ethical, HIPAA-compliant documentation Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff for client-centered care What We're Looking For Licensed PMHNP in Illinois Current DEA license Board certified or board eligible (experience preferred) Commitment to culturally competent, inclusive care Familiarity with or willingness to learn gender-affirming care including HRT Love of learning and continued professional growth Ability to work with children Experience with diverse populations including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients Bonus If You Have Fluency in Spanish (or another language) Prior experience providing HRT or gender-affirming medical care
