Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) is a growing multidisciplinary mental health organization serving communities across Wisconsin through outpatient clinics, school-based services, and statewide telehealth programs. We are seeking compassionate, motivated Psychiatric Providers who want to practice in a collaborative, evidence-based environment focused on quality care, accessibility, and professional growth. We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time providers to deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative behavioral health services. Hybrid Position - Green Bay, Wisconsin This hybrid position offers remote flexibility while requiring regular in-person clinical time at our Green Bay office. Providers should be comfortable incorporating onsite services into their weekly schedule. Qualifications MD, DO, or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/APNP) Wisconsin licensed or license eligible DEA certification eligible or active Passion for collaborative, patient-centered mental health care Compensation Behavioral Health Clinic offers flexible W-2 employment models designed to support provider career goals, scheduling preferences, and work-life balance. Compensation Options Include Fee-for-service model with competitive rates based on licensure and experience OR Salary compensation model with market-competitive pay based on experience, responsibilities, and clinical role Additional compensation opportunities may be available for leadership responsibilities, supervision, and program development involvement.
