Psychiatric Medication Provider (PMHNP, APRN, MD) Peaceful Mind Behavioral Health & Wellness Peaceful Mind Behavioral Health & Wellness is a growing private mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Connecticut. Our practice was built on the belief that mental health care should feel welcoming, supportive, and human, not cold or corporate. We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Psychiatric Medication Providers (PMHNP, APRN, MD with psychiatric experience) to join our team in our Bristol and Plantsville office locations, with hybrid and telehealth opportunities available. This is an excellent opportunity for providers looking to build or expand a private practice caseload while maintaining flexibility, autonomy, and strong administrative support. What We're Looking For We are seeking providers who: Are passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care. Feel comfortable treating a wide range of mental health conditions across the lifespan. Value collaboration and professionalism within a multidisciplinary team. Are self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. Have strong communication, documentation, and time management skills. Are committed to ongoing professional growth and evidence-based practice. Qualifications Active Connecticut license as a
PMHNP, APRN, MD.
Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration. Active DEA license. Experience in behavioral health and psychiatric medication management preferred. Ability to complete timely and accurate electronic documentation. Comfortable using EMR systems and telehealth technology. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
