Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, delivering exceptional patient-centered care . In this vital role, you will utilize your advanced clinical expertise to assess and manage patient health and pain management needs, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans. Your proactive approach and dedication will help improve health outcomes, promote wellness, and support patients through every stage of their healthcare journey. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history reviews, and physiological evaluations. Develop and implement individualized care plans for geriatric patients Manage complex cases regarding pain medicine Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like ChartPath and PointClickCare patient encounters for accurately while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications 2 years Nurse Practitioner experience
REQUIRED.
Must be able to practice independently Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification in advanced practice nursing. Demonstrated experience working with seniors those in skilled or long term nursing home environments. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, ICD coding (including
ICD-9/10
), CPT coding, and utilization review processes. Skills in pain management Excellent communication skills for patient education
Pay:
$125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
