Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history reviews, and physiological evaluations. Develop and implement individualized care plans for geriatric patients Manage complex cases regarding pain medicine Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like ChartPath and PointClickCare patient encounters for accurately while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications 2 years Nurse Practitioner experience
