Job Description
Nurse Practitioner - Integrative Women's Health Aspire Women's Wellness is a boutique, concierge women's health practice specializing in personalized, integrative care. Our specialties are chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, hormone management, and sexual health. We are looking for a compassionate, clinically curious Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team and provide exceptional, individualized care to women in person and on telehealth. This role is ideal for an NP who wants to move beyond traditional 15-minute visits and practice medicine in a way that allows time to listen, educate, investigate, and develop comprehensive treatment plans. The Role The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive women's health care with a focus on hormone health, perimenopause and menopause, sexual health, endometriosis/chronic pelvic pain, PMOS, and integrative medicine . You will work closely with patients to understand the full picture of their health and develop individualized treatment plans that may incorporate conventional medical care, lifestyle interventions, targeted laboratory evaluation, supplements, and hormone therapy when appropriate. In person care includes pelvic exams and b procedures such as IUD, EMB, vulvar biopsy, and other specialized sexual medicine. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and is passionate about helping women feel heard and understood. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive new patient and follow-up visits Evaluate and manage women's health concerns across the lifespan Provide care related to perimenopause and menopause, hormone health, insulin resistance, thyroid management, longevity, sexual health, PMOS, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, and related conditions Order and interpret appropriate laboratory testing Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-informed conventional and integrative approaches Prescribe and manage medications and hormone therapy within scope of practice Provide thoughtful patient education and shared decision-making Communicate clearly with patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and expectations Identify when patients require referral to or collaboration with other specialists Maintain timely, thorough, and accurate documentation Participate in care coordination with other members of the Aspire team Follow practice protocols, clinical guidelines, and standards of care Contribute to the continued development of clinical protocols, patient resources, and educational materials Maintain a warm, professional, and highly responsive patient experience Pelvic exams, physical exams, and specialized procedures Active participant in clinic growth and marketing events
