We streamline scheduling, nursing coordination, pharmacy logistics, insurance verification, provider collaboration, and adherence monitoring to improve patient outcomes and reduce administrative burden for healthcare providers. Flexible Nurse Practitioner job in Pennsylvania Ideal for Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP), Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP), and Adult-Gerontology NPs Great opportunity for new graduate Nurse Practitioners and experienced APNs Work in a collaborative, lower-stress outpatient setting (non-hospital) Focus on patient-centered care, behavioral health, and care coordinationOpportunities for leadership and clinical growth Responsibilities Clinical Care and Patient Management Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and follow-ups Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with PA regulations Administer or oversee long-acting injectable medications (LAIs)Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Care Coordination and Collaboration Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and care teams Coordinate patient care across providers and healthcare settings Support adherence monitoring and patient engagement initiatives Documentation and Compliance Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR/EHR systems Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations Follow clinical protocols and evidence-based practice guidelines Quality Assurance and Patient Safety Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed Report adverse events and participate in quality improvement initiatives Ensure safe prescribing practices and medication management Administrative and Operational Support Assist with prior authorizations and insurance coordination Support workflow efficiency and clinic operations Participate in policy development and clinical protocols
QualificationsRequired:
Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner (CRNP/APRN) license in good standing Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) National certification (FNP, PMHNP, AGNP, or related specialty) Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
Preferred:
