Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner with an a ctive New York license and active Medicaid and Medicare enrollment to join our growing clinical team. This position will begin as a fully remote role, allowing you to provide virtual care to patients throughout New York. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Freehold, New Jersey , as the role is expected to transition to an in-office position at our Freehold headquarters within approximately 3-6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys telehealth, values patient-centered care, and is looking to grow with a dynamic healthcare organization. Compensation $120,000 - $165,000 annually Compensation will be based on experience, credentials, productivity, and overall fit for the position.
