Join Our Growing Hormone & Wellness Team Mendful Minds Wellness Center is expanding and is seeking an experienced, patient-centered Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP/APRN) to provide evidence-based hormone replacement therapy and wellness services. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing autonomously while working within a collaborative, supportive environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through comprehensive hormone optimization and wellness care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive hormone evaluations for new patients Diagnose and manage hormone-related conditions Initiate and manage Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Evaluate and manage menopause and perimenopause symptoms Prescribe and monitor Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) when appropriate Order, interpret, and review laboratory testing Develop individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing follow-up and medication management Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record Collaborate with our psychiatric providers when appropriate to provide integrated patient care Qualifications Active New Jersey

CRNP/APRN

license DEA registration (or ability to obtain) National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) preferred Previous clinical experience managing hormone replacement therapy is required Experience treating testosterone deficiency, menopause/perimenopause, and interpreting hormone laboratory studies Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth care Position Details Part-Time W-2 Employee Hybrid schedule (combination of telehealth and in-office visits) Flexible scheduling Hourly compensation (commensurate with experience) Administrative support provided Opportunity to help build and grow a rapidly expanding hormone and wellness program About Mendful Minds Wellness Center Mendful Minds Wellness Center is a growing outpatient practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
