This hybrid role combines in-person care at our modern Shelton and/or Fairfield private behavioral health practice offices with telehealth services, offering flexibility while maintaining strong continuity of care. This position requires the clinician to actively see pediatric patients, in addition to adolescents and adults. Our ideal clinician is dedicated to evidence-based, patient-centered care and passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults on their path to wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults Develop and implement individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans Provide medication management and brief therapeutic interventions across the lifespan Educate and support patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in the EHR Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, schools (as appropriate), and care managers Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed
Requirements:

APRN / PMHNP
license Valid DEA license (or eligibility to obtain) Minimum of 3 years post-graduate PMHNP experience required Demonstrated experience and comfort treating pediatric patients is required Experience treating adolescents and adults Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and time-management abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

$83-$90/hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule:
Must be available for appointments after 2 p.m. on weekdays and 9-2 on weekends (minimum 2-3 days/week preferred)
