About Voyage Healing We are a growing psychiatric practice specializing in ketamine and Spravato® (esketamine) treatment for mood disorders. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. We are seeking a licensed PMHNP to join our clinic for outpatient psychiatric medication management. Position Overview This role focuses on psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients receiving traditional psychiatric care, as well as clinical assessment for patients pursuing ketamine, Spravato, and TMS treatment. You'll bring independent clinical judgment to diagnosis, treatment planning, and prescribing, supported by an in-house collaborating psychiatrist and a clinic infrastructure built to let you focus on patient care rather than administrative overhead. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management visits Develop and adjust treatment plans based on independent clinical assessment Assess and evaluate patients for appropriateness of ketamine, Spravato, and TMS treatment; ongoing care for these treatment tracks is managed jointly with the clinic's Psychiatrist Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications Monitor patient progress, side effects, and treatment response Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the clinic's EHR Collaborate with the clinic's psychiatrist per the required collaborative agreement Coordinate as needed with therapists and clinical staff involved in patient care Qualifications Active
PMHNP-BC
board certification Current, unrestricted
PA CRNP/APN
license with prescriptive authority Active DEA registration Comfortable working within a required EHR system for documentation and billing compliance 3+ years experience in outpatient psychiatry or med management as a PMHNP Experience with ketamine, Spravato, or interventional psychiatry is a bonus, not required Compensation & Benefits 1099 independent contractor Competitive percentage of collections, DOE (no cap on earnings) Collaborating psychiatrist provided in-house Clinic handles prior auth, billing and scheduling infrastructure Why Join Our Team?
