Telehealth + In-Office) About Us Trust2Change is a trauma-informed behavioral health practice based in Peachtree Corners, GA. We provide ethical, evidence-based mental health care through an integrated therapy and medication management model . Our focus is quality over volume, collaboration across disciplines, and sustainable provider workloads — not pill-mill practices. We are expanding our medication management services and are seeking a PMHNP who aligns with our values and clinical philosophy. What You'll Do Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication follow-ups (telehealth and in-person) Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications using evidence-based standards Collaborate closely with therapists as part of an integrated care model Participate in coordinated care planning when therapy + medication are indicated Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment options What We're Looking For Required to practice and prescribe legally in
Georgia:
Active, unencumbered Georgia RN license Active
PMHNP-BC
certification (ANCC or AANP) APRN recognition/authorization from the Georgia Board of Nursing Willingness to enter into a Nurse Protocol Agreement with a collaborating/supervising physician (Georgia requires this for APRN practice and prescriptive authority) DEA registration (federal, required to prescribe controlled substances) Georgia Controlled Substances registration (state-level registration, separate from DEA) Current malpractice/professional liability insurance
Preferred:
Currently credentialed/in-network with Georgia Medicaid and major commercial payers — this substantially shortens the time it takes to start seeing billable clients Experience in psychiatry or behavioral health Comfortable treating ages 6 through geriatric populations Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills Alignment with a trauma-informed, ethical, non-pill-mill approach
