Psychiatry & Medication Management About the Position BridgeHill Crossing is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC / CNP-Psych) to join our growing behavioral health team in Berea, Ohio. This is a hybrid position combining telehealth, in-office psychiatric services, and community-based care. The position provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and care coordination for adults receiving mental health and substance use disorder services. Our practice serves a diverse population, with a strong commitment to Ohio Medicaid recipients, individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), individuals with substance use disorders, and underserved communities . We are looking for a provider who values flexibility, collaborative care, and the opportunity to work with patients both virtually and in the community. What You'll DoPsychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management. Diagnose and treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anxiolytics, ADHD medications, and other psychotropic medications as clinically appropriate. Monitor medication effectiveness, side effects, and safety. Order and review appropriate laboratory testing. Coordinate care with therapists, case managers, peer support specialists, PCPs, and other healthcare providers. Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical case consultation. Serious Mental Illness & Complex Care Approximately 10% of the practice population includes individuals with higher-acuity and serious mental illness. Experience with or interest in treating the following is highly valued: Schizophrenia spectrum disorders Persistent psychotic disorders Treatment-resistant bipolar disorder Complex mood disorders Co-occurring substance use disorders Community-Based Services The hybrid role may include psychiatric services through community partnerships, including: Sober living facilities Group homes Residential settings Other contracted community locations throughout the Cleveland/Cuyahoga County area Community outreach generally involves 1-2 scheduled site visits per week , with mileage reimbursed at the applicable IRS rate. Hybrid Work Model Our hybrid model is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining meaningful face-to-face clinical care. Providers may provide services through a combination of:
Telehealth:
Medication management follow-ups, appropriate psychiatric evaluations, documentation, and care coordination In-office services: Psychiatric evaluations, medication management, team meetings, and clinical collaboration Community-based services: Psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and consultation at contracted residential and community locations The exact mix of telehealth, office, and community work may vary based on clinical needs, provider availability, and program requirements. Work ScheduleFull-Time 36-40 clinical hours per week Four
- or five-day schedule Flexible scheduling within core hours of approximately 8 AM-5 PM Hybrid schedule combining telehealth and in-person services Community outreach scheduled based on program needs Part-Time 16-32 clinical hours per week Minimum of two clinical days per week Flexible hybrid schedule developed collaboratively with clinical leadership Telehealth and in-person opportunities available No mandatory outpatient on-call requirement.
Compensation We offer competitive compensation based on experience, employment structure, and clinical complexity. W-2 Full-Time New Graduate / Less Than 2 Years Experience $120,000
- 130,000 base salary Total compensation potential up to approximately $145,000 Mid-Level / 2-5 Years Experience $130,000
- 150,000 base salary Total compensation potential up to approximately $170,000 Senior / 5+ Years Experience $150,000
- 170,000 base salary Total compensation potential up to approximately $195,000 Additional incentive opportunities are available for productivity, timely documentation, complex SMI caseloads, and retention.

- 85/hour 1099 Opportunities Per-encounter compensation is available, including: 99214: $80

- 110 per encounter + mileage High-volume contractors may qualify for additional per-encounter incentives.
