Job Summary We are seeking highly qualified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and Texas . This role focuses on delivering high-quality mental health services primarily through outpatient and telehealth settings . The ideal candidate has strong clinical expertise in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management, experience working with diverse patient populations, and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems. This position offers the opportunity to practice patient-centered, evidence-based mental health care while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental status examinations and diagnostic assessments. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans focused on psychopharmacology and therapeutic interventions. Provide ongoing medication management and monitor treatment effectiveness and side effects. Diagnose and manage a range of mental health conditions across the lifespan, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and other psychiatric conditions. Deliver care via telehealth platforms in compliance with state and federal regulations. Accurately document patient encounters using EHR systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, TherapyNotes, or similar platforms. Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and coping strategies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, clinical guidelines, and organizational policies. Requirements Active PMHNP licensure in one or more of the following states: Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and/or Texas . Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from an accredited program. Experience in outpatient and/or telepsychiatry settings preferred. Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, TherapyNotes, or similar). Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and evidence-based psychiatric treatment. Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and clinical documentation standards. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
