Flexible schedule available, eligible for hybrid remote and on-site hours
Expected Productivity:
2 patients per worked hour
Job Description:
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management services. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will work in coordination with Community Access Network's integrated primary and behavioral health services to provide psychiatric services to adult and youth patients, and consultation to primary care providers. The position is supervised by Community Access Network's Chief Medical Officer, who is a psychiatrist.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing
  • Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in Psychiatric Mental Health as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • Licensed as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority
  • Valid DEA number and unrestricted DEA license
  • Prior experience providing quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care with minimum supervision
