Compensation:

Starting base salary up to $125,000 paid bi-weekly; following 6 months of employment transition to up to 55% of net collections; (Estimated annual earning potential of up to $175,000 w/ benefits)

Hybrid position based out of Canton, OH (75% in office, 25% remote) Role Summary At ARC Psychiatry, an ARC Health partner company, the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment in an outpatient setting, working within a collaborative, patient-centered care model. Success in this role is demonstrated through safe prescribing practices, strong patient engagement, and close collaboration with therapy and interdisciplinary clinical teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnoses Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Collaborate with therapists and other providers as part of an integrated care model

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as thorough knowledge about the various medical processes and procedures Possess and maintain adequate/required Professional Liability Insurance policy Comply with prescription drug monitoring program regulations PMHNP Preferred Qualifications Experience treating diverse age groups Comfort with telepsychiatry Knowledge of evidence-based medication protocols
