We are Tuyo Health, a fast-growing telehealth startup built specifically to serve the Hispanic community. We are scaling rapidly and looking for a clinical powerhouse to join our team to help us deliver accessible, high-quality care in weight management, hormone replacement, and general wellness.

The Role:

This is a highly flexible, 100% remote role. You will be managing a mix of asynchronous tasks (chart reviews, lab evaluations, and patient messaging) and synchronous visits (video consults). You get to work on your own time while making a massive impact on a heavily underserved demographic.

Must-Haves:

Active NP License in Pennsylvania (PA). 100% Bilingual (English & Spanish) - This is non-negotiable; our patients rely on native-level Spanish care. Ability to comfortably navigate EMRs and manage both sync and async workflows independently. A strong background in primary care or wellness medicine. Nice-to-Haves (What will make you stand out): Prior experience working in a telemedicine/telehealth environment. Direct clinical experience with Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1s) and Hormone Replacement Therapy (TRT). Active DEA Registration (required for our hormone replacement protocols). Multi-state licenses are a HUGE plus (we route patients based on your active states, so more licenses = more hours and patient volume we can guarantee you). Why Join Us?
