Our dedicated team is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Our clinicians serve diverse populations across Rhode Island communities through individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, child therapy, and psychoeducation.Job Duties:
Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy using appropriate evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with practice policies and regulatory standards Coordinate patient care with our on-site psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners. Collaborate with primary care providers, schools, case managers, and other external partners Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and HIPAA complianceQualifications:
Rhode Island Licensure - LICSW or LMHC. Individuals without an independent license will not be considered. Experience working with diverse populations and age groups. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Work Environment In-person office locations: East Greenwich, Rhode Island Flexible scheduling - manage your own schedule and availability Individual and group clinical case consultationCompensation:
$45-$70 per hour Compensation is based on licensure status, length of professional experience, and clinical expertise.Job Type:
