Cardiovascular Institute of New England (CINE), a partner practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team serving patients throughout Rhode Island. For more than two decades, CINE has provided comprehensive cardiovascular care across the region and continues to expand its footprint. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced cardiologists while caring for a diverse patient population in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. What You'll Do Provide outpatient cardiovascular care for patients with a variety of acute and chronic cardiac conditions Perform patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and ongoing disease management Review and manage diagnostic testing, including EKGs, cardiac monitoring, imaging studies, stress testing, and laboratory results Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, lifestyle modifications, and risk-factor reduction Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and referring providers Participate in developing individualized care plans that support positive patient outcomes Monday through Friday schedule Primarily outpatient setting Work across established Rhode Island clinic locations Opportunity for additional clinical exposure as skills and experience grow Strong referral network and consistent patient volume Qualifications Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Rhode Island license or ability to obtain licensure Previous cardiology experience is welcomed but not required Interest in developing expertise within cardiovascular medicine Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Team-oriented approach to patient care Compensation & Benefits Competitive base compensation Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and CME allowance Retirement plan options W2 employed position Professional development and mentorship opportunities Long-term career growth within a nationally supported cardiovascular network LGnxDuBCn2
