Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team as a floating provider. This position delivers primary care across multiple outpatient sites serving Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties in South Carolina. The ideal candidate is committed to preventive care, chronic disease management, and building strong patient-family relationships. Primary responsibilities Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for patients across the lifespan. Travel regularly to assigned family medicine clinics in Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties. Emphasize wellness, prevention, and chronic condition management in care plans. Coordinate care collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members. Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, and health maintenance. Accurately and promptly document encounters in the electronic health record.
Compensation and benefits Starting salary:

Minimum two years' experience in primary care or family medicine. Active, unrestricted South Carolina license. Certification or eligibility for certification in specialty (FNP, PA-C).
