Position Overview We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at an on-site employee health clinic in Florence, SC . This is a part-time, independent contractor role—ideal for a clinician who thrives in a preventive care environment and enjoys fostering long-term relationships that improve employee health and well-being. What You'll Do As a TargetCare NP/PA, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting health and preventing disease in the workforce.

You will:

Provide clinical assessments, screenings, and treatment for minor worksite health concerns. Identify risk factors for chronic disease and guide employees in lifestyle modification and disease prevention. Deliver individualized health education and coaching in areas such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, and chronic condition management. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold TargetCare's standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism. Collaborate with TargetCare's multidisciplinary team to enhance employee health outcomes and organizational wellness culture. The ideal candidate:

Holds an active license in the state of South Carolina. Demonstrates a genuine passion for health promotion, chronic disease management, and preventive education . Has strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach. Is comfortable working independently and exercising sound clinical judgment. Is proficient in phlebotomy . Maintains (or is willing to obtain) professional liability insurance .
