Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough medication evaluations and manage medication regimens for children and adults. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding medication management and mental health treatment. Qualifications Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of South Carolina. Prescriptive authority and DEA registration.
