Job Description

About Body Revolution:
Body Revolution is a physician-led, cash-pay longevity and regenerative aesthetics practice in Myrtle Beach, SC. We specialize in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV nutrient therapy, and advanced regenerative aesthetics. Our mission is to help patients reclaim their vitality through evidence-based medicine, delivered with clinical precision and genuine care. We are not a med spa. Every treatment we offer is grounded in science, every protocol is rooted in clinical excellence, and every team member is held to the highest standard of patient care.
About This Role:
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our clinical team, working directly alongside our Physician to deliver patient care across our longevity medicine service lines. This is a clinical provider role focused on medical weight loss, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptide therapy, and IV nutrient therapy. This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about functional and longevity medicine, thrives in a small-team environment, and wants to practice medicine the way it should be practiced — with time, precision, and genuine care for every patient. You will carry your own patient panel and have a direct, meaningful impact on patient outcomes from day one. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive medical weight loss consultations, including initial evaluations, patient education, goal setting, and ongoing management of GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy, including titration protocols, side effect management, and follow-up visits Evaluate and manage bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) patients, including interpretation of comprehensive lab panels, development of individualized treatment plans, and ongoing optimization of testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and thyroid therapy Perform subcutaneous testosterone and estradiol pellet insertions for BHRT patients under the clinical guidance and collaboration of our Medical Director, Jason Farrah, MD, FACS Manage peptide therapy patients, including patient education, dosing protocols, reconstitution guidance, and clinical monitoring Order, interpret, and act on comprehensive lab panels; communicate results and treatment recommendations to patients clearly and thoroughly Prescribe and manage IV nutrient therapy protocols and iron infusions as clinically indicated Document all clinical encounters, assessments, treatment plans, and procedures accurately and thoroughly in the EMR on the same day of service Collaborate closely with the Physician, fellow APP, and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care and a seamless patient experience Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to protocol development, formulary decisions, and practice growth initiatives Educate patients on longevity medicine principles, preventive health strategies, and evidence-based lifestyle modifications Maintain compliance with all state and federal prescriptive authority, collaborative practice, and documentation requirements
What We're Looking For:
Required:
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in the State of South Carolina National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Current BLS certification Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a primary care, outpatient, clinic, or ambulatory care setting Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and prescriptive skills Excellent patient communication — warm, professional, and able to explain complex medical concepts in accessible language Proficient in comprehensive lab interpretation and evidence-based treatment planning Strong clinical documentation skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach HIPAA compliance knowledge and commitment to patient confidentiality Preferred (not required): Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, longevity medicine, or weight management Experience prescribing and managing GLP-1 medications Experience with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, thyroid optimization) Experience with pellet insertion procedures (testosterone and/or estradiol pellets) Experience with peptide therapy protocols Experience with IV infusion therapy
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation (commensurate with experience; discussed during interview) Flexible scheduling Discounted treatments and services for employees Discounted retail products and nutraceuticals Ongoing clinical training and professional development in cutting-edge longevity and regenerative medicine A collaborative, high-performance team environment where your clinical expertise is respected and your growth is supported The opportunity to practice medicine the way it should be practiced — with time, precision, and genuine care for every patient A practice culture rooted in clinical excellence, not volume — we are a medical practice, not a med spa •
What This Role Is Not:
To set clear expectations: this is a clinical provider role focused on medical weight loss, hormone optimization, pellet therapy, peptide therapy, and longevity medicine. The primary focus of this position is the medical and clinical side of what we do. We are looking for an APP who is passionate about root-cause medicine, hormone health, weight management, and delivering deeply personalized patient care — not someone whose primary interest is aesthetics/injectables.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
Benefits:
Employee discount
