1611015 Apply Now Save Job Block Job Share with a Friend Print Erlanger Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our primary care team on a part-time basis at our Bledsoe County clinic in Pikeville, TN. This provider will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families within the community, supporting both preventive and acute healthcare needs. The ideal candidate is committed to improving health outcomes in a rural setting and thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. The NP/PA will provide comprehensive primary care services including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions. The provider will conduct routine wellness visits, preventive screenings, and follow-up care, ensuring continuity and quality of care for patients across the lifespan. Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, prescribing medications in accordance with Tennessee regulations, and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab results.
Responsibilities:
Provide primary care services, including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating patients. Manage common urgent care conditions such as colds, flu, and
COVID-19.
Perform minor procedures including sutures and stitches. Conduct and interpret X-rays and utilize in-house lab services.
