Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services Will perform injections. Schedule & Locations Primary center: Chattanooga Target weekly hours: 24 Proposed scheduled: 3 days a week from 8am-5pm potential for full time down the road.
