This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF). Role Overview Full-time (5-days per week) within Monday
  • Friday No nights or weekends Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns Provide brief interventions and behavioral management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Coverage area includes Columbia, Centerville, Pulaski, Mt.
Pleasant, Lawrenceburg, and Spring Hill, Tennessee Compensation and Benefits Estimated compensation range of $148,204
  • $175,845 annually with no cap on productivity income Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k) Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided Qualifications Active, unrestricted Tennessee state license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C Active DEA or willingness to obtain Six months of experience needed as a PMHNP or Psych PA Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred Apply today!
