Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Express Healthcare Staffing Burns & Dickson, TN (Travel between both locations) Part-Time | Weekends Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM $55.29-$62.50 per hour About the Opportunity Express Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join one of our valued behavioral health clients in the Dickson/Burns, TN area. This weekend opportunity is ideal for a provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team. The PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, patient education, and ongoing mental health services for individuals experiencing mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. Schedule Part-Time Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position alternates between the Burns and Dickson, TN locations Pay $55.29-$62.50/hour Pay is based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new and established patients. Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices. Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications. Monitor patient progress through routine follow-up visits. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options. Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other members of the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record. Participate in an integrated multidisciplinary treatment team focused on quality patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and professional practice standards.

Qualifications Required:
