Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Nocturnist Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital | Lebanon, Tennessee Employed by Anova Medical Associates Anova Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our hospital medicine team at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital in Lebanon, Tennessee. This nocturnist position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment while caring for a diverse inpatient population. Located just 30 minutes east of Nashville, Lebanon offers the convenience of a growing community with easy access to the amenities of Middle Tennessee. Position Highlights Full-time Nocturnist 5 nights on / 10 nights off schedule; additional shifts available if desired Base salary range $90,000 to $108,000 (scaled to your expertise) 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) $15,000 sign-on package Collaborative practice with an on-call hospitalist physician Physician-owned and physician-led medical group Supportive leadership and experienced clinical team Qualifications Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP/ACNP), or Physician Associate (PA-C) Tennessee license or eligibility for licensure Hospital medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine experience preferred. Candidates with other relevant inpatient experience are also encouraged to apply. New graduates with strong inpatient clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
